Covid 19
Metro Community Health Center offers COVID-19 vaccinations and booster shots for all who are eligible.
Vaccines Provided: Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen.
Walk-in visits are welcome Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
You do not need to be a current patient at Metro Community Health Center to receive be vaccinated.
Proof of vaccination is required to receive a booster shot.
For your convenience, you can download and complete the attached consent form and bring it with you on the day of your vaccination.
